For the Love of Singing: Learning, Teaching, Performing
The Organising Committee of International Congress of Voice Teachers, an international gathering of voice teachers held every four years in countries around the world (and in Australia for the first time), invites advanced student and young professional singers to audition for participation in Masterclasses. Distinguished keynote speakers for ICVT 2013 are Mark Meylan (Music Theatre), Daniel Zangger-Borch (CCM) and Håkan Hagegård (Classical).
Please visit the ICVT 2013 website for information on the audition process – http://www.icvt2013.com (Masterclass Auditions tab). Submissions will close on 17 March 2013 – so don’t delay!
Guidelines for recording and submitting your audition include:
- Please ensure that your whole body is visible for the whole recording.
- At the beginning of the recording, please state your name, where you are from, (i.e., state and/or country) which Keynote Speaker you would like to sing for, and the title of the repertoire you will sing.
- Please ensure that your recording is of the highest standard possible so that we can see and hear your work clearly.
- Please upload your completed video to youtube.com, and email the link to icvt2013@
theassociationspecialists.com. au. - Please include your current CV (with contact details) in the email.
